Domestic Shipping:
WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA if your cart value is Rs. 1500 and above. A
nominal fee of Rs. 75-100 will be charged on orders below the cart value of Rs. 1500. Please allow
2-3 working days for your order to be dispatched, but at times owing to unforeseen circumstances
and delays, deliveries can take slightly longer. We also offer COD ( Cash on Delivery) facility for
locations pre approved for COD facility by our logistics partners.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer
support team on support@healthyceps.com . In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the
refund shall be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been
acknowledged.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation of an Order by Healthyceps ( www.healthyceps.com ):
Healthyceps reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for a product, due to any
reason ( incorrect listing price etc), irrespective of whether the order has been confirmed or
payment made. 100% payment shall be refunded to the customer in such a case within 07 working
days.
Replacement/ Refund Policy by Healthyceps ( www.healthyceps.com ):
In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with our products, you have an option of
informing us within 07 days of the date of receipt of delivery. To initiate the return process, please
email us at support@healthyceps.com with your Order Number & the Reason for
replacement/refund. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement
without our confirmation. Please ensure the product is in its original condition, unopened and
unused product along with the original invoice, box and price tags. If in case the courier is found
ineligible for refund, we will send the product back to you. Healthyceps would have the complete
right to decide whether the order can be returned or not, the customer shall not dispute the same &
accept the decision of Healthyceps.
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition.
However, there is a remote possibility that:
– the item may be damaged during transit
– there might be a manufacturing defect
– that a wrong item is delivered to you
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the complete
amount, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within 7 days after
receipt of the package. To get a refund or replacement, email us
at support@healthyceps.com your Order Number and the Reason for replacement/refund. We
shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.
If the replacement item is not available, we will try to give the customer best possible
alternatives, but at the end choice of the customer will be final.
If the customer has paid, 100% refund will be given if the product is not available or the
product is not shipped.
Refund of Payment:
If the order has been paid for by credit card then we will reverse the payment. In case of Cash on
Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue the refund in wallet cash, with which
customer can make new purchases. Refund of payments are typically processed within 14 days.
